Txt2Vis

Introduction

The Txt2Vis site compiles the results from our work on "Automatically Generating Contextually-Relevant Visualizations." Our goal was to identify ways to help journalists and news organizations produce relevant and interesting visualizations for articles. The project was funded by the NSF from 2014-2018 as Collaborative Grants No. 1421438/1421655 and led by Eytan Adar (University of Michigan) and Brent Hecht (Northwestern) all with the help of numerous collaborators and students. On this site you can find publications, demos, data, videos, and code for various pieces of our project.

A more detailed project description can be found on the about page.
